This project incorporates substantial extending and remodelling of a 1950’s house to create a high spec contemporary family house suitable for luxurious modern living. This project is a 85% re-build incorporating two storey rear/side extensions, roof remodelling, loft conversion with full remodelling and refurbishment of the internal layouts as well as remodelling and re landscaping of the rear and front external areas.
