This project incorporates a large wrap around extension and remodelling of the ground floor to create a contemporary open plan family space with a kitchen/breakfast area, dining and living areas with an improved outlook and connection to the rear garden. We are showing our signature projecting soffit and an open glazed corner. When the large glazed patio doors are open the corner will appear to float with a level floor from inside to outside.
